My relationship with food has grown immensely over the past few years. I have always been active and loved to workout, however there was a disconnect with my diet, to truly live a healthy life. I wouldn’t care what I put in my body and never tried to “eat healthy” or make sure I was getting enough nutrients each day. This affected my mood, energy level and how my body felt. Finally, during my junior year of college I decided I wanted to change my eating habits and become my best self. My undergraduate degree was in Exercise Science. From this degree, I got to learn all about the body and how it is affected by what you nourish it with. This was when I became so intrigued and wanted to make sure I was giving my body what it needed and deserved. From that point, I learned how to healthily nourish my body with good food that also tasted just as good. I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been and I am so thankful. I have come so far and I know I can help you do the same!
